How can I order the product?<br>

The ordering process is very simple. Ordering is done on the website in several steps. You choose the desired product, click on the required size and add it to the cart. Then click on " View Cart " at the bottom of the page and make sure you have selected the product and size you wanted. When you are sure that everything is correct, click on the " Go to payment " button. Fill in all the required fields and finally choose whether you pay by card or cash on delivery and press the " Order " button.

How can I pay for the product?

Payment is possible in 2 ways:
- Payment cards when shopping on the site, i
- Withdrawal upon delivery of the product. (Available only for deliveries in Montenegro)

Do I have to register to shop in the online store?

It is not necessary to register for shopping in the online store. You can also shop as a non-registered user, but you will have to enter mandatory data to send and confirm the order.

In addition to this option, we recommend you to register for purchase. This will create your profile where you will have access to the history of your orders, a list of favorite products that you can buy in the future, you can sign up for information about activities in the online store, etc.

How do I know if the order has been confirmed?

After confirming the order, check your e-mail that you specified when ordering the product, because you will receive a confirmation message at the specified address. If you do not receive the message within 5 minutes, we recommend that you check the "Junk mail" or Spam section.

If you have registered for shopping in the online store, you can easily view your orders on the profile you created.

What is the average delivery time?

The delivery time is 2-5 working days from the receipt of the order (weekends and holidays are excluded). Due to special circumstances, in very rare situations the deadline can be extended.

Can I track the delivery of the package?

In the confirmation email that the order has been delivered to the courier service, you will receive a link that you can click on to track your shipment.

What are the shipping costs?

Package delivery for all cities in Montenegro is 4 euros.

For countries of the former Yugoslavia, the postage is 10 euros, and for other European countries 19 euros.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Don't worry! The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the address, he calls you on the phone number you left when creating the order and arranges a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the parcel will be left at the nearest post office where you can pick it up within 7 days.

Is delivery outside Montenegro possible?

Of course. We deliver to all European countries.

The delivery price is:

  • For Montenegro 4 euros
  • For countries of the former Yugoslavia, 10 euros
  • For other European countries, 19 euros
